DESCRIPTION:Der verschwundene Herr Hoffmann: Erinnerungen aus 40 Jahren im Dienst des Landes als Feldjäger und Kriminalist\nVom Feldjägerfeldwebel und langjährigem Personenschützer des Generalinspekteurs der Bundeswehr im Kampf gegen die 3. Generation der Roten Armee Fraktion (RAF) bis zum Leiter der Vermisstenstelle nach der Flutkatastrophe an der Ahr spannt sich die Dienstzeit des Autors über vier Jahrzehnte Zeitgeschichte. An der Schaltzentrale militärischer Macht erlebte er den Zusammenbruch des Eisernen Vorhanges und die Wiedervereinigung Deutschlands. Als Kriminalbeamter des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz ermittelte er in spektakulären Fällen\, Morden und Cold Cases. Auch an den Ermittlungen im Ahrtal nach der größten Naturkatastrophe\, die dieses Land je gesehen hat\, war er beteiligt. All dies schildert der Autor neben vielen kleinen Verbrechen und bedrückenden Tatorten. Er gibt einen Einblick in die kriminalpolizeiliche Arbeit\, wie sie wirklich stattfindet. \nDie beiden Mitglieder Joe und Martin Taylor sind auch Mitglied in der „Steve Taylor Blues Band“. Der Name „Taylor“ wurde dabei allen Bandmitgliedern vom Godfather und Drummer der Band\, dem Engländer Steve Taylor\, voodoomässig eingezaubert.\nDas Taylor Duo mit Martin (Harp\, voc) und Joe (guit\, voc) ist aber auch unplugged mit verschiedenen Songs unterwegs\, die zu den einzelnen Stimmungen der Geschichten rund um die Lesung zum Buch von Stefan Hoffmann „Der verschwundene Herr Hoffmann“ passen. Auch der Song „Ahr Valley Hope Blues“ wird nicht fehlen.
